This is AP news minute. 

1. Speaker Paul Ryan is defending the house republican health care plan as the only alternative to president Obama's affordable care act, despite growing opposition from conservatives, doctors and hospitals. Ryan calls the bill "A conservative wish list".

2. Republican senator Lindsey Graham and democratic senator Sheldon Whitehouse who are part of congressional inquiry into Russia's meddling in last year's election are calling on the justice department and FBI to product any evidence to support president Donald Trump's explosive wiretapping allegation against former president Barack Obama. 

3. Footage released by Middle East broadcaster Air 24 shows U.S armed vehicles in northwest Syria where U.S has several hundreds of special operation forces. The U.S troops are embattled with Kurdish fighters as well as local Syrian troops. 

4. First Lady Melania Trump posted her first solo event at the White House, a luncheon to mark the International Women's Day. Attendees included White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, Ivanka Trump and education secretary Betsy DeVos.
