1. A later winter storm is leaving a sloppy mess from Washington D.C to New England. Some areas were seen at least two feet of snow. The powerful nor'easter grounded nearly 6,000 flights and knocked out power to a quarter million customers.

2. President Donald Trump met with the deputy crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Tuesday. Mohammed bin Salman is the second-in-line to the throne, the highest level visit by a Saudi royal since the election. The prince's spearheading economic initiative, aimed at lessening the country's dependency on oil.

3. Democratic lawmakers rallied offensive for a second day, following a new analysis of the republican replacement for Obama care. Minority leader Nancy Pelosi called the congressional budget office report "a knockout blow to the republican plan". The CBO reported estimated 14 million people will lose their insurance under the plan next year.

4. And in Dallas, Texas, a woman used herself as a human shield to keep workers from putting a tree on her property. The retired lawyer said she didn't think crews had the right to put the tree. The utility called police sent and got a restraining order, aims to allow continuing the work.
