1. Congressional investigators are rebuffing former national security advisor Michael Flynn's offer of cooperation in exchange for immunity for prosecution. They say it's too early in their probe of Russia's connection to discuss a deal. White House spokesman Sean Spicer said president wants Flynn to testify in front of the committees. 

2. In Atlanta, the head of the Georgia department of transportation says it will be months before the structure of I-85 that collapsed during a fire Thursday will be rebuilt. 

3. A week before President Donald Trump plans to host China's president, he's signing a pair of executive orders , aimed at cracking down trade abuses. The U.S has its highest trade deficit with China at $347 billion last year. 

4. And Dandelion yellow has the reason to be blue. Crayola announced that it is replacing the color Dandelion in the 24 pack, with the Crayola on the blue family.
