A former prison guard trainee is in custody in Florida, accused of killing 5 people in a bank. Police say suspect Zephen Xaver surrendered to a swat team after a standoff.

And astronomers say a rock from a comet apparently hit the moon during this week's eclipse. The impact appears as a very quick flash of light on the Moon's lower left side.
