U.S manufacturing has grown at it's slowest pace in two years in the month of october.

The Institute for Supply Management data reported a fourth consecutive month of declines in factory activity with manufacturing growth coming in at its slowest pace since may 2013.

Any number above 50 is considered expansion and the U.S index stood at 50.1.

Part of the reason for the slowdown is the strong U.S dollar, which has hurt exports and caused a number of job cuts across the country.

The US credit card issuer VISA has announced that it intends to purchase its sister company visa europe in a deal valued up to 23.4 billion dollars.

It's a deal that will reunite the two companies eight years after they parted ways.

It's been reported that the transaction includes 12 billion dollars in cash upfront and an additional 5.2 billion dollars after four-years of the deal's completion, if revenue targets are met.

VISA europe is owned and operated by thousands of European banks and institutions,and they will be expecting a big windfall from the sale.

欧洲维萨公司拥有并运营成千上万的欧洲银行及各种机构,他们正期望这次收购带来的意外横财。
