You said you want to rent a house in Columbus.

Check this out. This house is located in Portland Street,

so it's within driving distance to your work.

There are three bedroom unities available,

and you don't have to worry about your two kids.

You may even use one bedroom as the guest room.

The house is 1035 square feet, so I guess it's big enough.

You know, John, I just want to rent the house for, like a year or so.

Sure. You may rent the house on a monthly basis.

The rent is 790 US dollars per month with one extra month rent as deposit.

Gas is included in the rent.

The house is newly painted with fairly new appliances including

a washer, a dryer, air conditioning, cable etc. It has a large basement, too.
