A:那我该怎么办？

B:你站在这里，靠着这个盘子。

A:我应该自然站着吗？

B:你要把手臂举到肩膀高。

A:这样行吗？

B:是的，你做得很好。

A:你要去哪里？

B:我需要站在这个盾牌后面。现在你要深呼吸，屏住呼吸，然后把它呼出来。

A:是吗？

B:就这样。冲洗完胶卷后，你就可以穿衣服了。
