Dialogue 1 A:Did you receive the contract i faxes to your office yesterday?

B:Yes,i forwarded it over to our legal team,they are going over with fine tools come to make sure there are nothing we need to change,i looked over briefly and it seems to be exactly what we are agreed upon from our last meeting.

A:Was there any issues left over from our meeting last week that you have concerned about?

B:I believe we resolve most issues,i noticed the contract that you included a clause stating the included transportation themes,but i believe you've forgot to change the payment requirement to a 90 day grays period,apposed to a regional 30 days.

A:No,remember,we had agreed on the 30 day grays period in exchange for higher initial discount,that was a last meet agreement we made ,is that ?acceptable?

B:Oh, that's right.i had forgotten about that part,actually,in order to get the documents passed our sincere executives,we might need to change that to at least 60 days.It would be made the whole deal much more yesable .

Dialogue 2 A:Are there any other concerns you have to bring to the table before we close this thing?

B:Actually,now then you mentioned it, there was one thing ,we were concerned with wording in the contract about transportation.

A:What problems did you say?

B:As we discussed our negotiations ,we have to have guarantee delivery date ,you confirm you could insure the final product to be in hand 30 days from contract completion,but i didn't see anything along those lines in the contract.

A:Let's take a look at the contract,here's the section on transportation,it's dates product would be deliver within 30 days of production completion,seems pretty reasonable.

B:No,first of all,production completion date is not the same as contract completion date,and terms the delivered is a little bit ambiguous.

A:In what way is delivered and clear to you?

B:Does delivered mean send out from your factory or does that mean receive by your clients?clearly you can see that the timing made differ by as much as 3 moths,i'm sure you could understand why this is an obstacle to worth in closing.

A:Yes ,your concerned is understandable,but the good news is this is a problem that is easy to fix ,we've already agreed to your steep a lation of the product being your hands 30 days after the final contract designed,i'll have our legal department redrived of the contract to contain wording along that lines.do you think this solution would be acceptable?

B:Yes,it should be.
