我国严管校园食品安全 鼓励学校厨房安装监控

 　　China's Ministry¹ of Education has issued a document encouraging primary and secondary schools as well as kindergartens to install surveillance cameras in kitchens and pantries to monitor the entire process of food production and to improve food safety.

　　我国教育部日前发布文件，鼓励中小学校和幼儿园在厨房、配餐间安装监控摄像装置，以监控食品加工制作全过程，提升食品安全水平。

　　As the weather gets warmer, the possibilities of food poisoning and infectious diseases increase, the document said, adding that schools should be more careful while purchasing ingredients and processing food.

　　文件指出，随着天气转暖，食物中毒、传染病进入多发时段；学校在原料采购、食品加工制作方面应更加谨慎。

　　The food must have clear labels, stating the production date and producer, and expired food must not be used, according to the document.

　　根据文件，食品须贴有写明生产日期及生产厂家的清晰标签，禁止使用过期食品。
