But civilized¹ countries in normal times have better sources or news than Rulor. They have radio, Television and newspapers. In times of stress and confusion however, Rumor² emerges and becomes wide spread. At such times, the different kinds of news are in competition.

The press, television and radio worthy³ the great fund. Rumors⁴ are often repeated even by those we do not believe the tales.
