The Treasurer¹ Wayne Swan is warning there's still a long way to go before the economy is back on track. Mr Swan is in London ahead of a 2-day meeting with G20 finance Ministers. He said that despite the Australia’s relatively² good position compared to other economies, the pressure is still on. Meanwhile there are causes for the G20 countries to discuss limits on bank bonuses and sanctions for banks that don't play by the rules.

 Hope for finding more survivors³ from the Indonesia earthquake is fading. Indonesia’s president is touring parts of west Java. 

Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono toured the site where landslide⁴ was triggered by the quake. Rescue efforts have been hampered⁵ by rain which has made the steep mountain roads slippery. 

HIV researchers have made their biggest breakthrough in 15 years. Scientists have discovered 2 powerful new antibodies that've been proven to stop the highly mutating virus from spreading. The discovery could pave the way for an AIDS vaccines⁶.

 And pop star Michael Jackson will be buried today, two months after his sudden death. A ceremony will take place before the music icon⁷ is laid to rest in ornate mausoleum at the Forest Lawn Memorial park in Los Angeles. Police are urging fans to stay away from the private funeral.
