 Two men are remaining in custody¹ following the weekend's counter-terrorism raids in Melbourne. One has been charged with the terrorism offence, while the other is being held under a preventative detention² order, the first time it's been used in Victoria. Police are now investigating claims that some of the men were mistreated during their arrests.
