China urges all parties to deescalate tensions in Ukraine

China has called on all stakeholders to remain rational and avoid actions that will escalate¹ tensions in Ukraine.

Foreign Ministry² Spokesperson Wang Wenbin said that China is closely monitoring the situation in Ukraine, and the Chinese embassy and consulates³ in the country are operating as usual.

The spokesperson also reaffirmed the importance of the Minsk-2 agreement.
