Chine and Mongolia are seeking to build stronger economic links by boosting trade to 10 billion U.S. dollars by 2020 and facilitating cargo1 transportation for landlocked Mongolia.
The agreement comes after a meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Mongolian counterpart Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj in Ulan Bator.
China will allow Mongolia to use its northern and northeastern seaports2 which will facilitate goods transportation and exports for the landlocked Central Asian country.
The two countries vowed3 to speed up infrastructure4 construction at border ports.
South Africa says non-citizens arriving from Ebola-stricken areas of West Africa will not be allowed into the country, with borders closed to people from Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
All non-essential outgoing travel to the affected5 countries has been banned, as well.
Senegal also said it was suspending flights with Ebola-affected countries, and closing its border with Guinea.
Cameroon and the Ivory Coast earlier imposed travel bans, despite World Health Organization warnings not to.
