 　　Why do you think Twitter has had this extraordinary sort of not only growth, but popularity and visibility and talk?

　　It’s something to tell you the truth that I can’t fully¹ explain.

　　说实话，我并不能解释得很清楚。

　　And I think the product is great. I think it’s compelling. The level of attention has been a little surprising.

　　All of us want—you’re on our show, all magazines want to write about you, all newspapers want to profile you.

　　I think Twitter combines a lot of-it distills a lot of what makes the Internet exciting into a very simple form.

　　It looks a lot like a social network, but it is actually fundamentally different in how the relationship structures work.

　　So a social network, like Facebook being the classic example, is about finding and encapsulating real-world connections, where if we know each other, we say we’re friends on the social network, and then we can communicate.
