我希望。

 

The best thing you can do for yourself¹ is to stopsaying "I wish," start saying² "I will," and then go do something about it.

 

The world isn't going³ to dominate⁴ itself⁵. You just have to wake⁶ up one morning and decide⁷ that you don't want to feel like this anymore⁸, ever⁹ again.

 

And then make a change, just like that.
