Your life is not between the moments of yourbirth and death.

 

Your life is between now and your next breath¹.The present – the here and now – is all the life you ever get. So live each moment in full, in kindness² and peace, without fear and regret³.

 

And do the best you can with what you have inthis moment; because that is all you can ever expect of anyone, including yourself.

 

1 breath

2 kindness

3 regret   

n.遗憾，后悔，抱歉；v.为...感到遗憾，后悔，惋惜

• Don't rush into marriage,you might regret it later.不要匆匆忙忙结婚，不然你以后也许要后悔的。
• I regret that I shall not be able to come.很遗憾，我不能来。
