Phoning a Friend

1--Hello, three-five...
2--Is that Jill?
1--Speaking.
2--Jill, this is Sam. Look Jill. I want to see you
   again. How about a drink tonight?
1--I'm sorry. I'm very tired. I'm going² to bed early.
2--What about tomorrow evening?
1--No, I'm sorry. I'm going to meet some friends
   tomorrow evening. And I'm in hurry now.
   Goodbye.
2--But Jill...

注解：

1）Speaking=This is Jill speaking.相当汉语中说“我
就是吉尔”。
2）How about a drink tonight? How about...?多用于
征询对方意见，与下文What about...?同义。a drink通常
指出去喝咖啡，吃小吃等。
3）be in a hurry：匆忙；有急事要办。

1 dialogue

参考例句：

2 going   

n.去，离去，地面(或道路)的状况，工作情况；(复数形式）goings: 行为；adj.进行中的，流行的，现存的

参考例句：

• We're going to listen to a report this afternoon. 今天下午我们要去听报告。
• He hates leaving the office and going on holiday.他不愿离开办公室去度假。
