 首先介绍一个英语词组： rush¹ off² to somebody³/somewhere:意思是"急匆匆赶往某人处，或某地"：
This morning, I rushed⁴ off to my girlfriend⁵ and she wasn't in. 今早，我急匆匆赶往女朋友那里，而她还不在。
After I finish my work, I rushed off to my parents. 我一工作完，就急匆匆赶往父母那里去了。
Hurry up, we have to rush off to the airport now.　快点，我们要马上赶往飞机场。

 现在我们来学习如何表示为某人感到骄傲：be proud⁷ of somebody:
I'm so proud of you, I knew you wouldn't let us down.　我为你感到骄傲，你没有让我们失望。
My family is proud of my success⁸.　我的家里人很为我骄傲。
We're all proud of everything you've achieved⁹ so far, you're incredible¹⁰.　我们为你迄今为止所取得的成绩感到骄傲，你很了不起。
Don't' be proud of yourself¹¹, there's still much for you to learn.　不要太自傲，还有很多东西要学。
She was⁶ proud of her job, but now she hates¹² it.　她曾经以她的工作为荣，现在她却憎恨她的工作。

"Proud",是个形容词，那么"proudly¹³"是它的副词：
I'm proudly walking in the street. 我骄傲地走在街上。

2 off   

adj.远的；休假的，空闲的；adv.走开，出发，隔断；prep.离开，脱落，在...之外

参考例句：

• You'd better cool off first.你最好先冷静下来。
• I need some time off.我需要一些时间休息。

3 somebody   

n.重要人物；pron.某人，有人

参考例句：

• Somebody is using the computer.有人在用电脑。
• He seems to be somebody.他似乎是个重要人物。

4 rushed   

adj.匆忙的，贸然的v.（使）急速行进，仓促完成( rush的过去式和过去分词 )；突袭；（使）仓促行事；催促

参考例句：

• She rushed downstairs and burst into the kitchen. 她冲下楼闯进厨房。
• This solution is a fudge rushed in to win cheers at the party conference. 这个解决方案是为了赢得党的会议的赞誉而仓促搞出来的表面文章。

5 girlfriend

• He had finally achieved success. 他终于获得了成功。

10 incredible   

adj.难以置信的，不可信的，极好的，大量的

参考例句：

12 hates   

v.憎恨( hate的第三人称单数 )；讨厌；不愿；为…感到抱歉

参考例句：

13 proudly   

adv.自豪地，得意地；傲慢地

参考例句：

• She proudly displayed her prize.她得意地展示所获的奖品。
• She gazed proudly at the shiny buckles on her shoes.她骄傲地注视着鞋上闪亮的扣环。

14 calm   

n.平稳，风平浪静；adj.平静的，冷静的；v.平静下来，镇静

参考例句：

• The sky is blue,and the sea is calm.天空碧蓝，海上风平浪静。
• She tried her best to be calm.她尽量冷静。

15 peace   

n.和平；和睦；安宁

参考例句：

• The two countries were at peace.两国现在和平相处。
