North Korea could launch the Musudan missile in the next 24 to 72 hours, officials tell me.

This would be the ninth test of this type of missile this year, to go along with two nuclear tests in defiance¹ of U.N. sanctions. For the first time in 28 years, a U.S. Navy ballistic missile submarine visited Guam on Monday.
