    《高中英语》(New Senior English for China,以下简称为 NSEFC),是为了适应新形势发展的需要,由人民教育出版社根据教育部制定的《英语课程标准(实验)》的精神编写的。
   本套教科书(NSEFC)正是为了顺应教育课程改革的趋势,与九年义务教育阶段英语学习相衔接,并以实现高中英语课程总目标为目的而编写,力求“使学生在义务教育阶段英语学习的基础上,进一步明确英语学习的目的,发展自主学习和合作学习的能力;形成有效的英语学习的策略;培养学生的综合语言运用能力。”
