Unit11 Renting² a House

Dear Bob

I am so glad to learn that you are coming in September. I've found³ a place for you.It is a small flat of 25 square meters⁴ with a bedroom,a bathroom and a kitchen. In the bedroom,there is a bed,a sofa,a desk and a chair. The rent¹ is 500 yuan per⁵ month. The flat is in the building on Fangchao Street, which is not far from Jiangxing Chineses School. Bus NO.11 can take you straightly⁶ to the school. In fact⁷, it's only one stop way. Do you think you like it. If not, I can try and find another place for you. Just let me know.
