 　　I can only relate to my own experiences You may feel like you need to create a master plan.

　　Target a final destination and define¹ your expectations My advice: Don't restrict² yourself to anything specific.

　　To the urban jungles of the world's biggest cities I have seen hope in the faces of children living in conditions.

　　That you would find hard to imagine I can assure³ you the human spirit is alive and well.

　　Find a way to tap into it and you'll learn a lot about yourself You're smart smarter than any generation before you.

　　But you're not wise, not yet Wisdom will come with time. So respect it.

　　Whatever you choose to do, make sure to include some options Stay open to new ideas and opportunities.

　　What you want to do, where you want to live, or even how you want to get there You will never have more freedom than you have right now.

　　To make the best of it There are several characteristics I think are critical to achievement.

　　One of the most important is curiosity⁴ It leads to asking the question: Why or even why not?.

　　A lot of the most amazing innovations⁵ of our time have come out of that one simple question.

1 define

2 restrict

4 curiosity   

n.好奇心，新奇的事物，珍品

参考例句：

5 innovations   

改革( innovation的名词复数 )； 新观念； 新事物； 新设施

参考例句：
