第一句：I forgot to bring my key when I left the room.

我离开房间时忘记带钥匙了。

A: Front desk. May I help you?

这是前台。我能为您效劳吗？

B: I forgot to bring my key when I left the room. May I borrow a duplicate key for room 402, please?

我离开房间时忘记带钥匙了。我能借用402房间的备用钥匙吗？

A: Certainly! For security purposes, may I verify your name and an ID please?

当然可以，为了安全，我能核实一下您的姓名和有效证件吗？

B: Here you are.

给你。

第二句：I locked myself out.

我把自己锁在外面了。

A: Could you please help me?

请帮我一下好吗？

B: What's wrong?

怎么了？

A: I locked myself out. What should I do?

我把自己锁在外面了。真不知道该怎么办？

B: Don't worry. Just go to the front desk and ask for a dupicate key.

别着急，你可以到前台去取备用的钥匙。

 

自己离开房间时不小心把钥匙放在房间里又将门锁上时，也可以说：

I shut myself out. I have forgotten where my key is. 我忘了把钥匙放在什么地方了。

I have lost my key. 我把房间钥匙弄丢了。

这时可到服务台借一把备用钥匙来开门。
