第一句：Who's that speaking?

请问您是哪位呀？

A: Hello, is this 4474716? I'd like to speak to Mr. Wang.

喂，是4474716号吗？我想和王先生讲话。

B: Who's that speaking?

请问您是哪位呀？

A: It's Jane. I'm so sorry that I made¹ such² an early phone call.

我是简，很抱歉这么早给您打电话。

第二句：Who's (that) calling?

请问你/您是哪位呀？

A: Hello.

哦！

B: Will you please call Smith to the phone?

请您叫史密斯来听电话好吗？

A: Who is calling?

您是哪位呀？

B: It's John from New York.

我是来自纽约的约翰。

 

相关表达法：

May I ask who's calling? 请问你是谁？

May I have your name, please? 请问你是谁？

接电话时若要找的人一时过不来，可以让其稍等，用英语说：Hold on, please. 请稍等。

或者说：Your party is on the line. 您要找的人来接电话了。

这句话通常适用于通过交换台的接线员时，接线员接通电话后常用的表达方式。
