That 911 call triggered Sheen arrest, something Galanter now says his client didn't realize.

Well, I don't think any voice in that situation is under knows what the law is in the particular place of their act. They are not lawyers so they would never know the legal significance of those phone calls.

Charlie Sheen's attorney also confirms his client wants to put the episode behind him and make up with his wife. But for now, Sheen faces charges of felony menacing, domestic violence, second-degree assault and criminal mischief². A hearing is scheduled for February 8th in Aspen.
