Europe's highest court made a landmark¹ ruling in regard to privacy against Google Tuesday. The ruling states that Goole must listen and sometimes comply when people ask them to remove links to websites with information about them.

A mine accident in Boone County, West Virginia leaves 2 workers dead. Officials say the accident was caused by a ground failure inside the mine.
