1. Columbia authorities say they found two flight reports from Monday's plane crash that killed 71 people, including most members of a Brazilian soccer team. Brazil's president has declared three days of mourning for the victims. Six people survived the crash.

2. President-elect Donald Trump¹ has selected two more Washington insiders to serve in his cabinet. Former labor² secretary Elaine Chao as his transportation secretary, and Georgia congressman³ Tom Price as his secretary of health and human service.
