1. This is the shocks settle-in following Monday's deadly truck attack in Berlin. Prosecutors¹ have released the man who was arrested due to what they say is lack of evidence. The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

2. Ahmad Khan Rahimi, the man accused of setting off bombs in New Jersey² and New York in September, injuring more than 30 people, made his first in-person appearance in court where he pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges.

3. Michigan's attorney general has fired more criminal charges in connection with the lead contaminated water crisis in the city of Flint. The conspiracy³ and misconduct charges applied⁴ for four former city officials, including two former emergency managers in Flint.

4. Long-time broadcaster Craig Sager⁵, who died last week after a battle with cancer, was remembered for his love of family, sports and colorful attire⁶ at a memorial service in Marietta, Georgia. He was 65.
