1. Three officers who were killed in last week's Dallas shootings laid to rest Wednesday. Ceremonies held for senior corporal Lorne Ahrens, sergeant1 Michael Smith and officer Brent Thompson. Thompson's wife who was also in office spoke2, saying the shooter's hate only made police stronger.
2. The U.K's newest prime3 minister took office Wednesday. Teresa May met with Queen Elizabeth before officially taking the post. Former prime minister announced his resignation4, following the country's vote to leave the European union.
3. And in Spain, an American and five others were injured during the famous "Running of the bulls5". One of the bulls crashed into several runners during the event in Pamplona, lifting at least two in the air with its horns.
4. And in Colorado, video from a sheriff deputy's body camera shows a bear stuck inside a car. The bear managed to get into the car without breaking any windows and then couldn't get out. The bear ran out as soon as the hatch6 opened, leaving behind a big mess.
