The New England town of Princeton is on edge after a jogger was found slain¹ in the woods. Police say the woman was visiting her mom from New York. Officials say it's been more than 25 years since the town's last homicide.

Visitors to the Detroit zoo are welcoming a new addition--a newborn giraffe that stands 5 feet tall. The calf⁵ took a walk around its stall with its mom. Zookeepers have not yet given her a name.
