Russia diplomatic personnel vacated a Maryland Eastern Shore compound Friday just minutes ahead of a US deadline. And in Times Square, one last practiced countdown before the real ball drop tomorrow night. Times Square will be filled with at least a million people who will usher7 in 2017 at midnight.
