This is AP news minute. 

1. Frustrated¹ republicans and democrats² warned top Airline executives to improve customer services, or faced congressional intervention³. The warning follows dragging of passengers from an United Airlines flight. The company's chief executive called it "a mistake of epic⁴ proportion". 

2. The Texas police chief says a car striking away from an officer , not at him when the officer shot and killed the 15-year old teen. The Balch Spring chief says videos of the incident contradicted the original police claim. 

3. Baseball commissioner⁵ says it's completely unacceptable that Adam Jones of the Orioles was touted⁶ a racial slur⁷ during a game against Boston. Rob Manfred says officers have been in contact with the Red Rox. The club has made it clear it wouldn't the inexcusable behavior. 

4. Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel made an emotional plea, says every American should be able to receive life-saving health care. Kimmel  spoke after revealing that his newborn son has a surgery to correct the heart defect.
