President Trump¹ says he's more than willing to answer questions under oath for Special Counsel Robert Muller's Russia investigation². Trump joins the World Economic Forum³ in Davos, Switzerland on Thursday.

Michigan state university president Lou Anna Simon resigned following an outcry over the school's handling of allegations against larry Nassar. Nassar worked at the school as a doctor and was sentenced to up to 175 years in prison for molesting⁴ young girls and women.

A sheriff's deputy was shot and killed just north of Denver on Wednesday night. At least one suspect was taken into custody⁵. Authorities were searching for two more early Thursday.

And wildlife workers in South Florida had to catch a manatee⁶ that was tangled⁷ in a life vest. The manatee was brought onto land, untangled and returned to the water.
