　　89. Causes of the French Wars. 89．法国战争的起因

　　At the time of the "Glorious Revolution" James II found refuge with Louis XIV, King of France. 在"光荣革命" 时期詹姆斯二世和法国国王路易十四共建了一个避难所， 威廉和路易十四一直以来都在打仗。

　　William and Louis had already been fighting, and it was easy enough to see that if William became King of England he would be very much more powerful than he was when he was only Prince of Orange. 显然， 如果威廉成为英格兰的国王， 他将比仅仅是奥兰治王子时拥有的权力要大得多，
