Next time you're at the grocery store, try and compare the ingredient list and nutritional¹ information of a generic² item with its brand counterpart. Even if they aren't identical, which they sometimes are, it will give you a sense of how similar they can be!

下次你去杂货店时，试着比较杂牌商品和其对应的有品牌商品的成分和营养列表。就算没有完全相同（有时真的会相同），也会让你了解到它们有多相似！
