14. Seven Tips to Become a Hot Talent
Current career trends show that an individual will change his career at least 7 times during his lifetime. This reality provides the opportunity to fulfill¹ our several aspirations². But when confronted with hundreds of rivals and intense competition in the job market, what should we do? The following are seven vital recommendations that would be useful for us, either university students or white-collar workers.
1. Visualize³ Your Career Goals
Set aside some time to deliberate about which career you anticipate to undertake, and what your desirable life is. What do you want to be in five years? In ten years? Give yourself permission to dream, and boldly utter out your ambition, which are the preliminary preparations to get your acceptable job.
2. Rationally Evaluate Your Ability and Improve it
In order to make a breakthrough in overcoming your shortcoming, you should jump over all the obstacles. You can arrange a precise and feasible schedule for yourself previously⁴, then set a deadline. Please commence it directly from now.
3. Regularly Inspect and Renew Your Resume
