President Obama in a nationwide address tonight called for action against Syria for its use of chemical weapons against its own people. He'll be also said he's asked the congress to delay a vote on possible military action while diplomatic options are pursued. President said the images and videos of men, women and children second by the attacks convinced the US can not ignore what's happening in Syria. He said even a limit action will send a clear message both the Syrian president Bashar al-Assad and others, might consider using chemical weapons.
The purpose of the strike would be to tell Assad from using chemical weapons to degrade his regime's ability to use them and make clear to the world, that we won't tolerate their use.
President said while he perfers a peaceful solution as to order the US military to maintain its position if the diplomacy1 fails, in that times in passing to address the congress and the American people. Obama again promised there will no American boots on the ground in Syria.
Director of national intelligence says declassified2 series of documents showing government agencies have exceeded their legal authority when they search a database of telephone calls. NPR's Larry Abramson reports the documents indicate a special intelligence court ordered the agencies to crack the mistake.
The documents include formally declassified legal opinions from the foreign intelligence surveillance court. They show that backing 2009, the national security agency violated its own rules which grade the restrict how analysts3 can search a database of most Americans' phone records. The NRC says it pointed4 out the mistakes to the court and fixed5 the problem. But the documents show the agency had difficult managing that complicated surveillance system, that was exposed by former government contractor6 Edward Snowden. The documents also show NRC analysts share the secret information much more widely than they're supposed to. Larry Abramson NPR News.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average announced the swapping7 bank of American for Goldmen Sachs. They were placing Hewlett-Packard and Alcoa, in a six-company shake-up. It's among the largest for indecision in years. S&P, Dow Jones says it will place HP with visa and Alcoa with sneaker maker8 Nike, S&P index committee chair David M. Blitzer says the change's not expected without any significant move for the index.
The index will not bump up and down as the results because the divisor will be adjusted, so that the transition will be smooth.

On the anniversary of the Septermber 11th terror attacks tomorrow, thousands of volunteers are expected to mark the event by conducting good deeds. The honor comes 50 years after the black girls were killed by a Ku Klux Klan bomb, at Birmingham 16th street Baptist church, targeted because of its role in the civil rights movement. The capital ceremony, House speaker John Binner choked back tears presenting the award.
