A manhunt is underway in Northern Illinois after a police officer was shot and killed in a village around fifty miles northwest of Chicago. NPR's SK reports police say they are searching for three suspects. In a sudden reversal, Hungary has shut down train service for refugees and migrants heading west to Germany, leaving hundreds stranded8 without shelter in Budapest.
