Accountability is normally viewed as being responsible—giving an explanation of your actions—to somebody for something. 个人担当常常被看作一种责任，用来解释你的行为和某些人所做的事。
However, today’s lesson is not about someone holding you accountable. It’s about you holding yourself accountable. 然而，今天的课并不是要你对别人负责，而是你要对你自己负责。
