美国俚语:

剧中：If you act like a clown¹.

act like a clown ： to act silly, stupid or crazy  行为很愚蠢 （clown：小丑）

e.g. When the boys drink too much beer, they act like clowns².

1． 剧中：Pay no attention to me.

pay attention (to somebody or something ) ：    注意，关注

e.g. You never paid attention to me. I felt like you didn’t care about me.

bear with someone ： to be patient with someone 容忍，耐心一下

e.g. This speech may take a while, so please bear with me.

在这里French 不是“法语”的意思，而是“脏话”的意思

e.g. If I swear during the soccer game, please pardon my French in advance.

        如果我在看比赛过程中骂人了，说脏话了，请原谅我，提前说一声。
