I'm in a foreign city with busy streets.

                                               There are lots of people and things to eat.

                                                Wow! These things are all very new.

Say, "Excuse me," and "Pardon,"                   

And "Nice to meet you."

Take messages, shake hands

And close your mouth when you chew².

 

Say, "Please," and "Thank you,"

                                            And line up, too.

                                            When you are polite to others,

                                            They'll be polite to you, too.
