　　B: Hi. Last month, our company, Turner Interiors of Beijing, ordered some documents under our new L/C. What I want to do is check and see if the documents have arrived yet.

　　A: Let me find that on my screen ... yes, the L/C is right here. I'm sorry; the documents don't seem to be here yet.

　　B: Oh, dear. When do you think they will arrive?
