Jingjing: Good afternoon, Mr Karon.

Jingjing: Ok, Mark. I'm Jingjing. I see you've brought a copy of your résume. Do you mind if I look it over for a minute.

Mark: We had a social media team assigned to an array7 of health and beauty products. The goal was to sign up members for VIP status. I introduced a way of tracking purchases back to the way members were introduced. This led to better focus and clear rewards for our IT guys in charge of banners and in-app ads.
