Officials in Yemen said that 70 people were drowned when a boat carrying migrants capsized off the country's western coast. Most of those on board were from Ethiopia. Rough seas has been blamed for sinking. Halen Justin reports.

At least 36 people have been killed in the attacks in the eastern democratic republic of Congo. The raids took place on Saturday night in villages near the town of Beni where more than 250 people have died since October.
