The United States, Germany and France have backed Britain's conclusion that Russia carried out an attack on a former Russian spy in England earlier this month. A pedestrian bridge stretching across a street at Florida International University has collapsed⁵ in the US city of Miami, killing⁶ a number of people. Many more people are reported to be trapped in the rubble⁷. Television footage showed emergency services tending to victims at the scene, searching for people in the debris⁸ and loading others on stretchers into ambulances. The court in Israel has suspended a government plan to deport⁹ tens of thousands of African migrants who entered the country illegally. Under Israel's plan announced in January, these migrants, mostly from Eritrea and Sudan, were being given incentives¹⁰ to leave for an unnamed Africa country, understood to be Rwanda or Uganda，or face imprisonment¹¹ with eventual¹² forced expulsion. Many of those affected¹³ claimed they were a silence seekers and the government's move drew CRIticism from the United Nations Refugee Agency and Israeli anti-foreign activists¹⁴. Now following a petition, the Supreme¹⁵ Court is giving the state until the 26th of March to provide further information. Until then, migrants can't be deported¹⁶ to a third country.
