(单词翻译:双击或拖选)
My name is J.D. Nelson and I’ve been a sergeant1 for Alameda county sheriff’s bomb squad2 for 12 years, as well as doing some crazy things for Mythbusters. I spent most of my time dealing3 with real life explosive situations. If there is a suspicious package, I do a render safe procedure for it. If someone’s doing construction and finds a military ordnance4, it’s my job to make it safe. It’s pretty cool, but sometimes it’s dangerous.
But by being cool, calm and collected, J.D. is the ultimate master blaster.
From J to K with some cooking classes.
If there’s one room that’s suffered at the hands of Mythbusters, it’s the kitchen. Don’t just take my word for it.
No. Take mine. There’s been exploding microwaves, (Fire in the hole in three, two, one.), exploding fridges, (There’s stuff in there.) and full-on kitchen destruction. (Turn on the gas) Courtesy of methane5, (Oh, yeah! That is awesome6!) and C4.
In three, two, one.
Boom.
They say the kitchen is the room you are most likely to have an accident. Mythbusters? Definitely true.
L is for loud. Oh, sorry. Explosions are seriously loud.
That was a thud!
That was something else.
But see, the problem is we can’t show you how loud these explosions are because if we played them at full volume, you’d probably burst your TV speakers or at least distort part of them.
