 　　It's the trend that has brought sexy… well, back. Last week the Duchess of Cambridge followed celebrities¹ including Naomi Campbell, Sienna Miller², Cressida Bonas and Emily Blunt by exposing her back - or a bit of it at least - in a sheer, pale blue gown at the premiere of Spectre.
