雅思口语考试中的法律话题

 　　法律话题的确棘手，但也没那么可怕，毕竟雅思口语考试不是司法考试。像有位网友提到的禁用塑料袋只是个规定而已，严格的讲不算law，但考官不会太在乎，因为规定、规章制度、法律什么的他基本上都可以接受。下面的话题我选的是新劳动合同法，前一阵炒得沸沸扬扬的，尤其是由于华为事件。样板答案以素材为主，并不是完整答案，仅供大家参考。

　　The new law greatly limits the use of short-term contracts. The new law allows employers toassign only two consecutive² fixed-term contracts. After that the employer must offer theemployee an open-ended contract.

　　The LCL imposes severe restrictions³ on the use of probationary⁴ periods in the employmentrelationship. Probationary periods are permitted, but the length is limited. Furthermore, anemployee can only be subject to a single probationary period by a single employer. Wages duringthe probationary period must also be no less than 80% of the contract wage.
