 　　北京时间2016年6月11日03:00起，你身边是不是就有那么一群人，他们囤积食粮，昼伏夜出，他们时而欢呼，时而叹息……他们此时都有一个名字：球迷football fans~

　　欧洲杯由欧洲足球协会联盟（Union of European Football Associations，UEFA）管理，2016年法国欧洲杯（2016 UEFA European Championship，UEFA Euro 2016）正在火热进行。

　　不管你是不是球迷，你都可以Get下面这些球赛相关的有趣表达，最起码不至于在遇到球迷的时候根本无法愉快地交（tu）谈（cao）嘛~

　　1 Lifting the silverware 夺冠

　　>>>> silverware ['s?lv?we?] 银器，银质餐具

　　lift the silverware这个搭配中，注意silverware指的是球赛的冠军奖杯，可不是什么银奖哦。

　　This is literally¹ what happens when your team wins a major trophy². Everyone goes insane, and the winning team gets to “lift the silverware”.

　　你的球队赢得大奖的时候，就是这么嗨~每个人激动疯了，赢的队伍就能 lift the silverware！

　　2  Heads for an early bath“早点洗头去”：红牌罚下

　　This means you got ejected from the game. Might as well go clean up since there's nothing better to do, right?

　　3 Hit the woodwork 击中球门

　　这种说法的出处据说是世界著名的足球教练Alex Ferguson （亚历克斯·弗格森爵士，即球迷口中的“费爵爷”）。他常对表现不理想的球员狂暴怒吼，被吼的球员们说，感觉就像被电吹风吹过一样。

　　8 "Squeaky bum⁶ time" “磨屁股时间”

　　This refers to that nerve-wracking period of time when a team is up by one, but there are still a few minutes left for the losing side to make a comeback. When fans get this nervous, they tend to move around uneasily in their seats, creating a squeaky sound.

　　这指的是当某队领先一球，但还有几分钟，对方还有机会逆袭的紧张时刻。当球迷们紧张的时候，他们可能会在座椅上不安地移动，发出这种吱呀作响的声音。
